SUBMISSION OF PLUGGINGS FOR TELEVISION MOVIES

This is to reiterate the Board's directive to all Television Networks to submit all pluggings for television movies for MTRCB review and permit pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1986. The Board has noted public dissatisfaction of these pluggings. We have also noted non-compliance with the MTRCB Guidelines for Movie and Television Trailers which we attach hereto for your reference.

Until the Board sees a marked improvement in these pluggings as to warrant an exemption from review, submission for review and the proper permit is a must.

May we remind television networks of your primary responsibility to air only materials that have valid MTRCB permits.
