EXPIRED AUTHORITY/IMPROPER USE OF COMMEMORATIVE PLATES

In view of the proliferation of motor vehicles using commemorative plates which are either improperly placed or of expired authority, in violation of the provisions of Administrative Order No. 83AO-DIR-003, as amended by Administrative Order No. 92-009, you are hereby directed to intensify the on-going drive to apprehend violators of the aforesaid issuances, and to submit to the undersigned a summary of your report thereon including the result of adjudication on the same at the end of each month.
