CONFERRING THE CABINET RANK UPON THE PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines , do hereby elevate the Presidential Assistant Community Development to the rank of a Member of a Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to that position.

Done in the City of Manila , this 1st day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
