TO: The Secretary of Public Works, and Communications
The Commissioner of Public Highways
The Postmaster General
The Commissioner of Land Transportation
The Director of Telecommunications
The Acting Chief of Radio Regulation, Radio Control Office
The Director, Civil Aeronautics Administration
The Officer-in-Charge, Irrigation Service Unit
In order to facilitate the implementation of the program of reforms of the Government, and in relation to your letters and indorsements dated September 27, 28, and 29, 1972, recommending disciplinary action against certain officials and employees, who are either facing charges or are notoriously undesirable, in the different offices under the department of Public Works and Communications, you are hereby directed to take the following actions;
Dismiss immediately all officials and employees recommended for dismissal, including those whose services can be dispensed with, as contained in your reports, which are attached as integral parts of this Order, except as herein otherwise indicated, to wit;
(1) Felipe Nobleza Suspension for one year without pay
(2) Paulino Versoza
-do-
(3) Rosalinda Purugganan
-do-
(4) Jesus Sembrano -do-
Consider as resigned the officials and employees enumerated in your reports.
Suspend for one (1) year the officials and employees included in your reports.
Your immediate compliance with this Order is enjoined.
