DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS , on 24 October 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of the Cimarrones Festival; WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pili be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR. , do hereby declare Friday, 24 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.
