SUBMISSION OF SYNOPSIS/PROGRAMS DESCRIPTION

In line with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations approved by the Board, permits for television programs are now issued for a maximum period of three months, or one season, based on the classification of the sample episode submitted for review.

In this connection, the Board shall now accept Program Descriptions in lieu of a detailed synopsis of the particular episode submitted for review. Such program descriptions or synopsis shall be attached to the application for review and shall be a pre-condition to the review of the television material applied for.

This Circular amends Memorandum Circular No. 98-06 dated 04 August 1998 and shall take effect immediately.
