DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 10 December 2025, Wednesday, the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Meycauayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO , Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
