COST OF EMISSION TEST FOR PUBLIC UTILITY TRICYCLES

Pursuant to the appropriate pronouncement of Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the cost of emission test to be conducted by the LTO Motor Vehicles Inspection System (MVIS) on all public utility tricycles shall be forty pesos (P40) only and the fifty pesos (P50) inspection fee is hereby waived. This order shall take effect immediately. Adopted: 17 Jan. 2003
