AMENDMENT OF ITEM 3c OF CIRCULAR NO. 1244

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 483, dated 4 June 1993, approved the amendment of Item 3c of Circular No. 1244 so as to read as follows:

"3. The services of the off-site ATMs shall be limited to the following services:

c. transfer of funds from one deposit account to another deposit account maintained WITH THE SAME BANK OR ANOTHER MEMBER BANK OF A SHARED ATM NETWORK; This Circular shall take effect immediately.
