DECLARING MONDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 30 September 2024, Monday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 24 th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 30 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
