[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 835, March 26, 1979 ]
TO: The President Philippine National Oil Company
WHEREAS, there is no gasoline service station within the immediate vicinity of the Batasang Pambansa; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a gasoline service station within the premises of the Batasang Pambansa to serve the Assemblymen;
NOW, THEREFOR, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order and direct that a gasoline service station be established by the Philippine National Oil Company within the premises of the Batasang Pambansa for the purpose of selling gasoline to the Assemblymen free of tax and not to exceed four hundred (400) liters each per month.
This Letter of Instructions shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 26th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine.
