DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBONGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 26 July 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its 74 th Araw ng Ipil;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tanjay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
