DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 30 September 2025, Tuesday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 25 th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
