LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF D.D. COMMENDADOR CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION

The suspension/blacklisting of D.D. Commendador Construction Corporation and its officers/stockholders for a period of one (1) year imposed under Department Order No. 111, Series of 1990, as penalty for submitting fake certificate of cash deposit in connection with its contract for the construction of Taft-Oras Road (Taft-Can-Avid Section), Eastern Samar, having expired on May 20, 1991, the said suspension/blacklisting is hereby lifted.
