DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2019, Thursday, the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela, will mark the celebration of the Aggaw na Naturales Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Thursday, 25 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
