FURNISHING LOCAL CHAPTERS OF PCA AND NACCAP WITH COPIES OF ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDDING

To ensure transparency of the bidding process, as required under Clause IB 2.1 (e) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of P.D. No. 1594 and to provide wider coverage of all advertisements for bidding of infrastructure projects, all Prequalification, Bids and Awards Committee (PBACs) in the Central, Regional, and District Offices of this Department, thru their respective Chairmen, are hereby directed, upon publication of advertisements in newspapers, to furnish the Local Chapters of the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) and the National Confederation of Constructors Associations of the Philippines (NACCAP) with copies of such advertisements.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
