LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF MESSRS. RAFAEL C. LIM, ARIEL T. LIM, CONRADO M. TIOLENGO AND MESDAME EDNA Y. LIM AND SOCORRO T. LIM

Upon request of the herein mentioned persons who are stockholders/owners of Atlantic Brectors, Inc. for lifting of the suspension/blacklisting order imposed on them under Department Order No. 164, Series of 1989, Department Order No. 164, series of 1989, is hereby modified such that the suspension/blacklisting of the above named individuals is hereby lifted effective immediately.
