SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF CMT CONSTRUCTION

Effective this date, CMT Construction and its proprietor, Carlos M. Tabanera, are hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract for a period of one (1) year, as sanction for the forfeiture of its Contract Ref. No. 3-S-KAW-90, Improvement of 1.020 Km. of Street in Barangay Toclong, Kawit, Cavite, as MMINUTE Project. Corollary to this suspension/blacklisting, all concerned are ordered not to release any sum of money to CMT Const. and/or Mr. Carlos M. Tabanera, without prior clearance from the Secretary.
