SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF T.C. SAMONTE CONSTRUCTION

In view of the failure/refusal of T.C. Samonte Construction to repay the P341,896.87 advance payment in its terminated contract for the construction of Ponot Port, Zamboanga del Norte, without just, valid, and lawful cause per information from the OIC-Regional Director of Region IX, this Department, the said T.C. Samonte Construction/Teresita C. Samonte, Proprietress, is hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies effective this date.

To recover the aforestated unpaid advance payment, all concerned are hereby enjoined to withhold any amount in their possession/custody due and owing to T.C. Samonte Construction/Teresita C. Samonte and apply the same in repayment of the unpaid advance payment until the same is fully recouped.
