DECLARING MONDAY, 08 MAY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT ROXAS, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Republic ACt No. 4869, approved on 08 May 1967, created the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato marks its 50th Foundation Anniversary on Monday, 08 May 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 08 May 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
