AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 194, DATED OCTOBER 24, 1965, CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RICARDO IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law and in the interest of public welfare, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the penultimate paragraph of Executive Order No. 194, dated October 24, 1965, creating the municipality of San Ricardo in the province of Southern Leyte, to read as follows:

“The municipality of San Ricardo shall begin to exist upon the appointment/and qualification of the Mayor, Vice-Mayor and a majority of the councilors thereof.”

Done in the City of Manila, this 9th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
