DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, 20 October 2017, marks the 64 th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato. be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 October 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
