AMENDMENT OF NO. 3 (3) OF THE JOINT ORDER 1-91 RE: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GLOBAL COMPREHENSIVE IMPORT SUPERVISION SCHEME

Below is a further amendment of No. 3 (e) Joint Order No. 1-91 re: Implementation of the Global Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme which was duly approved September 29, 1994. Please guided accordingly.

Amendment to Joint Order 1-91

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 391 dated 02 September 1991, No. 3 (e) of Joint Order 1-91 implementing the Global Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme is hereby amended to read as follows:

"3. The following importations are exempt from the requirement inspection:

e. works of art, current newspapers, periodicals, individually owned motor vehicles and parcel post."
