AMENDMENTS TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 691-2006 DATED 14 FEBRUARY 2006 “REVISED GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES IN THE ACQUISITION OF OPTIONAL MOTOR VEHICLE SPECIAL PLATES (OMVSP)”
The period within which application for special plates shall be made as provided for under paragraph 2, Section B of Memorandum Circular No. 691-2006 dated 14 February 2006 has been amended, to read thus:
“B. Nature and Coverage of Special Plates
……..
No application shall be accepted that is made after one (1) year from the date of initial registration.”
