With a view to ensuring a consistent and effective campaign, for the headquarters of the Common Fund, the following campaign zones are hereby created:

Zone Number I

:

North, Central and South America including the Caribbean

Zone Leader :

Amb. E. Z. Romualdez Washington, D. C. U.S.A.

Zone Number II :

Asia and Oceania

Zone Leader :

Amb. Manuel T. Tan Jakarta, Indonesia

Zone Number III :

Middle East and Africa

Zone Leader :

Amb. B. Romualdez Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Zone Number IV :

Europe

Zone Leader :

Amb. Hortencio Brillantes Geneva, Switzerland

The zone leaders are hereby directed to coordinate campaign activities within their respective zones. They shall submit quarterly reports on the progress of the campaign in their respective zones to the Office of the Prime Minister as Chairman of the Special Tea created pursuant to Letter of Instructions No., 1206.

The Chairman of the Special Team is hereby authorized to allot for the use of the zone leader such amount as may be necessary for the conduct of the campaign in his zone.
