PROVINCIAL PUB APPLICATIONS ENTERING/TOUCHING METRO MANILA

In order to prevent the use of thoroughfares and sidestreets in Metro Manila as parking spaces for provincial buses and to maintain the free flow of motor vehicle traffic along thoroughfares in the metropolis, particularly Epifanio delos Santos Avenue, in view of the on-going EDSA-Ortigas Avenue overpass construction, all provincial PUB applications for additional units or new lines entering or touching Metro Manila are hereby restricted to their existing terminals or stations in the metropolis.

Provincial PUB applications entering or touching Metro Manila already filed with the Board that terminate or originate at points where the applicants have no existing terminals or stations are directed to be amended to start or terminate at the existing terminals or stations of the applicants in the metropolis.
