COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES IN MAIDRS REGIONAL OFFICE VI – ILOILO CITY

Upon the successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) was issued for the Manufacturers, Assemblers, Importers and Dealers Reporting System (MAIDRS) module in LTO Region VI, Iloilo City on September 15, 2005.

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence collection of computer fees for the issuance of Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR) for the following modules applicable to your respective sites as follows:
