SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING CORDIAL BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS

Effective immediately, Cordial Builders and Developers and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into contract with this Department and its line agencies for a period of six (6) months due to its failure to deliver the construction materials which it undertook to deliver for the construction of Umiray Multi-Purpose Center and Ibuna Multi-Purpose Center, Dingalan, Aurora, despite the reminder sent to them dated July 27, 1990. For strict compliance.
