DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 23 June 2023, Friday, the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its 16 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 23 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
