ORDER OF WITHDRAWAL FORM

Further to Circular Letter dated April 12, 2002 enjoining strictly all banks with authority to accept NOW accounts (Negotiable Order of Withdrawal) to comply with the minimum features prescribed under Section X225 of the Manual of Regulations for banks, item a of said issuance is revised to read as follows:

a. The order of withdrawal form shall have a size of three (3) inches by seven (7) inches;

For strict compliance.
