Attached is the 1st Endorsement dated September 23, 1998 of Atty. Ma. Teresa Arao-Mahiwo, Director, Bureau of Trade Regulation & Consumer Protection, DTI referring to the Commissioner the memorandum from Ma. Salome C. Rebosura, Chief Bilateral Relations Division of the Bureau of International Trade Relations (DTI) and the letter of Assistant Secretary Juanito P. Jarasa, Department of Foreign Affairs RE THE DIRECTIVE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE & INDUSTRY IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA PROHIBITING THE EXPORTATION OF CERTAIN COMMODITIES SUBSIDIZED BY THE INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT SPECIFICALLY FISH FLOUR, RICE, WHEAT, MESLIN, FLOUR OF BLACK WHEAT, RICE FLOUR, SOY BEANS, SUGAR AND KEROSENE.
