DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS , Wednesday, September 8, 2004, marks the 4th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Wednesday, September 8, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur..

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
