AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING NINETY-SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED PESOS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. The following items of appropriation under section one, subsection C, paragraph (r), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred and thirty are amended so as to read as follows:

"ANTIQUE

"10. For the road to barrio Martinez, Tibiao P 155.73

"10a. For the Culasi-Camancihan barrio road, Culasi 3,844.27

"CAGAYAN

"29. For the Agugaddan barrio school, Pefiablanca 500.00

"MANILA

"17. For the construction of a public bath and toilet at the corner of Ariston Bautista and Itaguyod and Kalahi streets, Punta, Sta. Ana

8,500.00

"34. For the construction of a public bath and toilet between Ariston Bautista and F. Roxas streets, Punta, Sta. Ana

8,500.00

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, August 29, 1940, with the exception of the following items: Section 1: Antique, items 10 and 10a; Manila, items 17 and 34.
