DECLARING SATURDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2019, Saturday, the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Higantes Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 23 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
