DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 11 September 2025, Thursday, the Province of Ilocs Norte will commemorate the 108th birth anniversary of President Ferdinand E. Marcos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 11 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
