RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF PATRIMONIAL LAND OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN BARANGAY BAGO OSHIRO, DAVAO CITY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AND TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND OFFICES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DAVAO REGIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER
Upon the recommendation of the Secretaries of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Department of Agriculture (DA), and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcels of patrimonial land of the government, with an aggregate of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN (3,557,376 m 2 ), situated in Barangay Bago Oshiro, Davao City, Province of Davao Del Sur, Island of Mindanao, and transfer ownership thereof in favor of the concerned government agencies and offices specified below, for the establishment of the Davao Regional Government Center (RGC). These parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
