APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCEDURES

Effective immediately, all film and TV materials submitted for review will be scheduled strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once submitted, no rescheduling or withdrawal shall be allowed.

Film prints must be submitted at least one hour before the scheduled review; otherwise, the schedule shall be considered canceled and all fees paid forfeited.

This Memorandum Circular amends Memorandum Circular No. 98-08 issued on 10 August 1998.
