DECLARING SATURDAY, 25 JULY 2026 A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANGANIBAN, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Panganiban, Province of Catanduanes will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Panganiban be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 25 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Panganiban, Province of Catanduanes.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
