CAP ON SURVIVORSHIP BENEFITS

RESOLVED, to AMEND Board Resolution No. 186 dated 8 December 2010 such that the cap on survivorship benefits under Section 24.1.1 (c) of the amendment of the Implementing rules of RA 8291 shall be Step 8 the current salary of an Undersecretary pursuant to the Salary Standardization Law. The cap shall automatically be adjusted when Step 8 and/or the salary of Undersecretary is adjusted.
