LIFTING THE SUSPENSION OF V.P. EUSEBIO CONSTRUCTION, INC.

With the submission by V.P. EUSEBIO CONSTRUCTION, INC. of Surety Bond No. G(16) GIF Bond No. 023432 in the amount of P901,931.48 issued by the GSIS in favor of the Department to guarantee the repayment of the overpayment in its contract for the construction of Alaminos-Bani-Bolinao Road, province of Pangasinan, the suspension/blacklisting of V.P. EUSEBIO CONSTRUCTION, INC. mandated under Department Order No. 58, Series of 1987 is hereby lifted effective this date.
