TO: Hon. Jacobo C. Clave Hon. Juan C. Tuvera Hon. Cesar A. Dumlao Hon. Ronaldo B. Zamora All concerned in the Office of the President.
In addition to the officials authorized to sign communications in the Office of the President pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 342 dated December 1, 1975, Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs Ronaldo B. Zamora is hereby authorized to sign by my authority all legal matters involving questions of law, except mining and forestry cases and other important matters, which shall be passed upon by me personally.
Done in the City of Manila, this 9th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
