DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 MAY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 22 May 2020, Friday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 22 May 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
