SUBMISSION OF DRUG CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

Please be informed that the Commission, in its meeting held on December 2, 2002, after due deliberation, resolved that all professional and apprentice jockeys shall be mandatorily required to submit drug clearance certificate for the issuance/renewal of their licenses.

This rule shall take effect immediately.
