AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 73 DATED JULY 13, 1967, ENTITLED, “CREATING A SMALL SETTLERS’ PROTECTION COMMITTEE”

The membership of the Committee created under Executive Order No. 73 dated July 13, 1967, is hereby amended to read as follows:

is created in each province to assist the committee in determining actual occupancy of small settlers. Its findings shall have persuasive effect. The Land Administration Division of the Land Authority shall be the Secretariat of the Committee through which all communications involving conflicting claims between settlers and other claimants shall be coursed for processing.”
