DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2004 AS SPECIAL (NON WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS , Saturday, February 14, 2004, marks the 6th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Valenzuela;
WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Saturday, February 14, 2004, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
