SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF ALVIN CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of Alvin Construction for the restoration of Labangan Junction Switch Molave Road, km. 6+800 to km. 8+400, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur, for reason of highly intolerable negative slippage, the said construction firm and its key officials are hereby suspended effective immediately from participating in any bidding or entering into contract with this Department or any of its line agencies.

All those concerned are likewise directed not to release any money to the aforenamed construction firm until its financial obligations or liabilities to the government as a consequence of the Rescission Order had been fully settled.
