AMENDMENTS TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-7-98 RE: ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES IN IMPLEMENTATION OF STCW-95 CONCERNING RADIO TRAINING SCHOOLS OFFERING GMDSS RADIOCOMMUNICATION COURSE

Further to the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 10-7-98, the Commission hereby amend said circular to include an additional Section of Schedule of Fees as follows:

5.0 Schedule of Fees:

5.1 The following shall be charged by the Commission.

5.1.1 Filing Fee for Certificate of Recognition……………………..P150.00

5.1.2 Certificate of Recognition per year Fee………………………..900.00

5.1.3 Application Fee for Radio Station License…………………….150.00

5.1.4 Radio Station License per year Fee……………………………300.00

5.1.5 Construction Permit Fee…………………………………………400.00

5.1.6 Annual Inspection Fee……………………………………………400.00 This amendment takes effect immediately and all other provisions in Memorandum Circular No. 10-7-98 stands.
