DECLARING MONDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS , on 05 December 2022, Monday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 57 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 05 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
