MOTION FOR "INCLUSION OF UNIT/S" NO LONGER ACCEPTED

For the information and guidance of all public utility vehicle operators within the jurisdiction of this Board, no motion for "inclusion of unit/s" in approved Decisions (CPC’s) shall, henceforth be accepted for filing before the Board or before any of its regional offices.

Operators are, instead, advised to file a new application or an application for increase in unit/s, as the case may be, subject to whether or not the route applied for is open.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center, in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
