MODIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Further to memorandum Circular No. 19-12-2000, Revised Schedule of Administrative Fees and Charges of the National Telecommunications Commission, and considering that registrants have increased the number of services they offer to the public, the following fees shall be imposed on registrants of Value Added Services:

Certificate of Registration (maximum of five (5) value added services) ————— PhP 6,000.00 (annual)

Additional Service

————— PhP 1,000.00/service/ year

For Certificates of Registration with less than five (5) services, an outright fee of P6,000.00 shall be charged. However, a registrant shall be allowed to modify a certificate to allow up to five services or increase the number above five by paying the required modification fee and in accordance with the filing fees as now established.

All other fees and charges as provided in existing circulars, orders and rules and regulations not herein revised shall continue to be observed and implemented.

This circular shall be effective fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and three (3) certified copies furnished the UP Law Center.
